We specialise in agricultural and industrial electrical work, including feed mills, processing facilities, pumping systems, telemetry, automation and control systems.
We’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand Electrician who can lead from the front, support our tradespeople and apprentices, and help deliver quality work safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well and enjoys helping a team perform at its best.

Standard hours of 7:00 am–3:30 pm Monday to Thursday
Early finish at 1:30 pm on Fridays

Occasional overtime, weekend work and participation in a rotating on-call roster will be required.
About the Role
As Leading Hand Electrician, you will work alongside the team while helping coordinate the secure and productive delivery of daily site activities.

Your responsibilities will include

Leading and coordinating electricians and apprentices on site
Planning daily work and allocating tasks across the team

Completing industrial and agricultural installati
