EVT is seeking a Banquet Kitchen Lead for QT on the Gold Coast. You’ll drive food production for weddings, galas and corporate events, ensuring on-brand, high-quality plating and service across events.

You will design scalable menus, own kitchen readiness against run sheets, and partner with Banquet Ops for flawless execution.

You’ll build a capable team, maintain food safety standards and budgets, and contribute to EVT’s award-winning hospitality network.
