Burleigh Town Hotel is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Managerto lead the day-to-day operations of our high-volume dining venue. With seating for more than 800+ guests and a reputation for delivering outstanding food, service, and customer experiences, this is an exciting prospect for a hospitality qualified ready to take the next step in their career.

About the Role

/n

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving team performance, and maintaining the highest standards of service, compliance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Manage the daily operations of a busy 800+ seat restaurant, Beer Garden & Sports Bar

/n
Lead, coach, and develop a large front-of-house team.

/n
Drive a culture of exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.

/n
Manage rosters, labour costs, and productivity targets.

/n
Work closely with the Head Chef and broader management team.

/n
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, wages, and cost control.

/n




Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, WHS, and venue standards.

/n
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

/n
Support the planning and execution of promotions, events, and special functions.

About You

/n

/n
Previous Restaurant Manager experience in a high-volume venue.

/n
Strong leadership and people management skills.

/n
Proven ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced environment.

/n
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

/n
Sound understanding of hospitality operations, budgeting, and KPIs.

/n
Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers License

/n
A hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.

/n
Availability to work a flexible roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
