Reporting to the Manufacturing Leadership Team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering apprentice and technical training programs across our fabrication operations. You'll ensure employees have the skills, knowledge and confidence to perform safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver structured training for apprentices completing their Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade.
Develop and deliver engaging technical training programs aligned with manufacturing processes and standards.
Create and maintain training materials, assessments, presentations and practical exercises.
