We have been operating for more than 15 years and specialize in Superannuation, Retirement, Wealth Creation, Risk insurance and Self-managed superannuation funds. Because of our client focused business model, we have experienced a high amount of growth and are looking to expand with in-house team members.

Our offices are located on Scarborough Street Southport close to all dining, parking and shopping facilities.

We are seeking people that want to become Licensed Financial Planners in the financial planning industry and get paid based upon their skills & experience.

The Role/s

/n

Client services officer (Full time)

/n

All full time positions are on a 4 day work week! That's a long weekend forever!

/n

Client services officer duties:

/n

Handling client calls and emails, responding in a timely manner

/n

Maintaining mail register

/n





Lodging applications and preparing submissions for recent business

/n

Liaising with internal teams and colleagues to resolve problems and find solutions.

/n

Creating and maintaining client files.

/n

Liaising with financial institutions on behalf of clients.

/n

Maintaining accurate client workflows and implementation timelines

/n

Managing File notes, prospects and tasking within Xplan software

/n

Ensuring client data entry is accurate

/n

Gathering / updating client information (Fact Find etc)

/n

Maintaining Compliance folders & Fee Disclosure Statements

/n

Experience, Skills and Qualification

/n

Office 365 – including Outlook, Word, Excel (Basic)

/n

using Company CRM for task monitoring (AI Assisted)

/n

High level of computer literacy i.e you know how to do computer stuff

/n

Friendly, Intelligent and Caring

/n

Exceptional English - spoken and written

/n

Outstanding time management

/n

Able to work to your own beat

/n

A desire to help people and be rewarded for helping

/n

Salaries are dependent on experience, the position and relevant skills ranging from $75,000 - $90,000.
