In this client-facing role, you will provideadvanced clinical training, support, and educationto healthcare professionals using Alma's energy-based devices.
You will be atrusted clinical advisor, helping clients get the most from their technology while ensuring treatments are deliveredsafely, effectively, and in line with clinical best practice.
We are looking for someone who is:
A strong team playerwith excellent communication skills
Adaptable and organised, comfortable in a fast-moving environment
Hardworking, reliable, and accountable
Professional and respectful, committed to high clinical standards
Motivated and career driven
Passionate about educationand helping clinics achieve exceptional outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Deliver tailored, evidence-based clinical trainingacross ANZ in clinics, workshops, and educational events
Provide post-sale clinical supportto ensure confident, effective use of Alma's laser, IPL, and RF systems
Act as aclinical liaisonfor treatment planning, client questions, and device use
Build and maintain strong relationshipswith aesthetic clinics, KOLs, and clinic groups
Contribute toclinical protocols and best practice materials
Support Sales and Marketing withclinical insights and educational sessions




Represent Alma at conferences, workshops, and key client events
Ensurecompliance with regulations and licensing requirementsacross Australia and New Zealand
Travel regularly across ANZwith advance planning and operational support

What You Will Bring
Clinical qualificationin nursing, dermal therapy, or a relevant allied health field
QLD Laser Licence mandatory
Mandatory hands-on experienceusing energy-based devices, laser, IPL, RF
Strong presentation and communication skills
Confidence in delivering trainingto individuals and groups
In-depth understandingof treatment protocols, patient safety, and clinical best practice
Familiarity withaesthetic industry trends
Knowledge ofregulatory and licensing frameworksacross ANZ
Flexibility and willingness to travelregularly across ANZ
