The Role
Monday to Friday,9:00am–3:00pm
Part-time position withpotential to progress to full-time
Manage and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants and trades
Assist with the day-to-day management of a property portfolio
Coordinate maintenance, inspections, communications and administrative tasks
Deliver exceptional customer service and a professional experience to our clients
Hasprevious property management experience




Holds a minimumNSW Certificate of Registration – Assistant Agent (Real Estate)
Has areliable motor vehicle
Is physically fit and comfortable with the active nature of property management
Is aself-starterwho takes initiative and gets things done
Is apositive collaboratorwho enjoys being part of a team
Is proficient with computers, software anddata-entry platforms
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Most importantly, has a genuinepassion for customer service
