About the Role We are seeking a full-time Cook to join our team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, ensuring food safety and supporting the kitchen team in delivering an excellent dining experience.
Key responsibilities include:  Preparing ingredients for traditional Malaysian dishes  Preparing meats and vegetables, including marinating meats  Checking the freshness and quality of food and vegetables  Deep-frying, frying, stir-frying, steaming, grilling and boiling food in accordance with company recipes  Maintaining consistent taste, quality and presentation  Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff  Maintaining a clean,



hygienic and organised kitchen  Monitoring stock levels to ensure sufficient supplies are available for cooking About You The successful applicant will have:  A minimum of two years' relevant experience as a Cook  Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine  The ability to work effectively in a quick-paced restaurant environment  Good communication and teamwork skills  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required  A relevant cookery or hospitality qualification What We Offer  A full-time, ongoing position  A salary of $80,000–$85,000 per annum plus superannuation  Opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team environment  Staff meals and employee discounts How to Apply Please click the Apply button and submit your CV together with a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.
