About the role:
This is abroad in-house commercial legal position combining business-as-usual contracting and advisory work with a significant legal operations focus.
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating major medical equipment procurement agreements.
Advising on customer service agreements, including public-private partnership-style arrangements.
Managing property agreements and contracts with medical practitioners.
Providing commercial legal advice across marketing, billing and healthcare regulatory matters.
Developing and maintaining contract precedents, templates and playbooks.
Improving contract intake, review and approval processes.
Supporting the implementation of contract management systems and legal technology.
Exploring and deploying AI-assisted contract review and other efficiency tools.
Training legal and non-legal stakeholders on recent systems, processes and ways of working.
The ideal candidate:
At least 5 years' post-admission experience.
Strong commercial contracting and negotiation experience.
Previous in-house legal experience.
Experience within the healthcare industry.
Training from a leading commercial law firm.
Demonstrated legal operations or legal transformation experience.
Experience implementing and managing legal technologies, contract processes and precedents.
