An exciting opportunity has arisen for anAssociate or Senior Associate with experience in Owners Corporation and/or strata lawto join a growing specialist practice in Melbourne.
This is an opportunity to work across a genuinely interesting mix ofOwners Corporation disputes, property damage, building defects, governance issues and insurance-related matters, rather than being confined to one particular area of practice.
You will act for Owners Corporations, strata insurers, strata managers and committees, providing both litigation and advisory support across a broad range of matters.

covering both litigation and advisory work
Exposure to property damage, water ingress, building defects, cladding, governance disputes and insurance claims

About You
You will ideally have3+ years' PAEand experience in Owners Corporation, strata or related property litigation.
