Armidale Montessori Preschool is seeking an experienced Child Care Worker - Group Leader to lead Montessori education for children aged 2–6 years.
You will work with the Centre Director and team to deliver our Montessori program and support children's learning, wellbeing and development.
Role includes curriculum planning, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with education standards while fostering a collaborative, inclusive classroom setting.
