The Fresh Collective is looking for a skilled and enthusiasticEvent Coordinatorto join our high-performing Events team in afull-time rolereporting directly to theDirector of Events.

Join our dynamic Events team as anEvent Coordinatorand play a key role in ensuring our clients receive seamless service from their very first enquiry.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for all enquiries, monitoring the sales inbox, managing inbound calls, and directing enquiries to the right team members.
You'll work closely with our clients, internal teams, and venue partners to assist in delivering seamless and memorable events

Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to inbound enquiries via phone and email
Qualify leads and create tailored proposals, quotes, and confirmations
Coordinate logistics for allocated clients and events from end to end
Prepare event documentation including event orders, invoices, and client briefs
Liaise with chefs, venue teams,
and suppliers to ensure event success
Prepare event documentation including function sheets, invoices, and client briefs
Attend site inspections, tastings, and events as needed
Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and encourage repeat business
Maintain accurate records in Momentus and follow internal procedures
Assist with admin tasks, Delivered Fresh platform orders
About You
Prior experience in event coordination, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
Experience using event systems likeMomentusorPriava(highly regarded)
Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required
