With a new display office recently opened and continued growth underway, we're looking for the right person to join the team.
The Role
We're looking for amid-level Estimatorto own our quoting and take-off process and support our pre-construction pipeline.
You'll work closely with our Pre-Construction Manager and directly with our directors, architects, and trade partners.
This is a genuine seat at the table in a growing business, not a back-room number-crunching role.
Day to Day You Will:
Prepare detailed estimates and quotes for architectural residential projects using Buildxact or a similar estimating platform
Complete accurate take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings
Source and manage trade and supplier pricing
Support pre-construction activities including scope development, allowances, and tender documentation
Work with joinery and selections ranges to build consistent,



well-structured quotes
Contribute to improving estimating templates, systems, and processes
About You
3 to 6 years of estimating experience in residential construction, ideally within renovations or architectural builds
Confident using Buildxact or a similar estimating platform
Strong drawing literacy with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable communicating with trades, suppliers, and clients
Organised, self-directed, and happy working in a small team where your work is visible
A trade or construction background is a bonus but not essential
