Previous experience in disability support is highly regarded
Professional, reliable and consistent
Patient, approachable and adaptable
Confident engaging with young people
Able to build rapport and establish trust
Enjoys incorporating activities, hobbies and interests into support
Encourages independence and participation
Strong communication and professional boundaries
The successful candidate will support the participant withcommunity participation, everyday life skills and engaging activitiesbased on their individual interests and goals.
Location:Echuca & surrounding areas
Hours:Approximately 2 days per week, 2-3 hours per shift
Commencement:ASAP
