Social Futures Ltd is seeking a Program Worker for the Brighter Beginnings initiative.
The role focuses on early intervention, school readiness and trauma-informed, family-centred support within a collaborative DCJ/DoE framework.
You will work with families, children and carers to promote wellbeing, coordinate services, and contribute to outcome reporting under the organisation's practice framework.
This is a funded role through 31 December **** with solid community impact.
