Macarthur Legal Centre is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for a 12-month fixed-term parental leave contract, working 3-4 days per week.
You will lead HR across the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers to strengthen capability, performance and culture in a values-driven not-for-profit setting.
Reporting to the Executive Officer, you will implement HR policies, manage recruitment, payroll support and reporting, and contribute to strategic planning with the Management Team.
