We're seeking an experiencedRecruitment Advisorto join a busy team and supporthigh-volume recruitment across mining operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership, manage competing priorities, and keep recruitment moving in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be responsible for end-to-end hiring, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver quality outcomes across multiple mining-related workstreams.
About the role
You'll step into a high-activity recruitment environment, supporting both project-driven and BAU hiring across mining.
While agency support will be used from time to time, this role requires someone who can drive outcomes internally, stay across the detail, and maintain momentum across multiple vacancies.
It's well suited to a recruiter who is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable balancing stakeholder management with the administrative side of recruitment.

Partner with agencies while maintaining internal ownership of recruitment outcomes
Build robust relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
Keep recruitment processes organised, compliant, and moving efficiently
Manage documentation, coordination, and recruitment administration
About you
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally withinmining, resources, blue-collar, or project-based environments
Strong capability managing high-volume recruitment
Proactive, organised, and comfortable working with autonomy
Able to take ownership of issues and drive resolution
