The practice has a strong pipeline of work and is looking for someone who canhit the ground running, work autonomously and contribute heavily during the documentation phase.
The Opportunity
You will be joining a team working across a range of architectural projects, with a particular focus onhealthcare.
A key upcoming project involves thenew build and fit-out of operating theatres and hospital wards, making previous healthcare documentation experience essential.
You'll work predominantly acrosstechnical documentation and Revit, while having the opportunity to contribute across the broader project lifecycle from early design through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed architectural documentation usingRevit.
Work across healthcare projects from design development through to construction documentation.
Contribute to the documentation ofoperating theatres, wards and other clinical environments.
Apply relevanthealthcare design standards and requirementsto documentation.
Coordinate architectural documentation with consultants and other disciplines.
Work closely with senior architects and project teams to resolve design and documentation issues.
Assist across concept, schematic design, design development and delivery stages where required.




Manage your own workload and deadlines across multiple projects.Communicate effectively with clients, consultants and internal teams.
Contribute to both architectural and, where relevant,interior design elementsof projects.

About You
We're looking for someone with:
Minimum 4 years' professional architectural experience.
ABachelor/Master of Architectureor equivalent qualification.
Graduate Architects are welcome;Registered Architects will also be considered.
Stronghealthcare project experience, particularly documentation.
Advanced Revit skills – essential.
Previous experience working toAustralian healthcare standards.
Strong technical documentation capability.
The ability to work predominantlyhands-on in Revitrather than purely managing documentation teams.
Excellent attention to detail and technical understanding.
The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your projects.
A proactive attitude and genuine drive to progress your career.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
