What you will do
As Social Justice Supervisor, you will lead Social Justice Officers who review applications.
You will guide daily work, support staff and help deliver quality services.
You will:
managedailywork allocation, casework and performance across your team
handle complaints and correspondence, ensuringtimelyresponses under relevant laws and policies
giveclearoperational and technical advice to staff and others
train, mentor and develop staff, helping them buildstrongskills
leadpracticalimprovements that resolve issues and improve service quality.
About you
A relevant tertiary degree or equivalent qualification and/or experience is desirable.
You should also have:
strong team leadershipexperience in a legislative or similar setting
social justiceor related program experience, which is desirable
clear communicationskills and the ability to solve complex problems
inclusive leadershipskills, with a focus on coaching and developing others.
