We are currently seeking aselfmotivatedandsales focused professionalto be a key member of our talented team as aTravel Conciergein aphone based revenue collecting rolethat has a solid focus on sales, along with customer service.
Key Responsibilities




Build strong relationshipswith booked travellers
Providing quotesto customers departing on overseas trips
Collecting paymentsfor all travel services
Upselling and cross-selling insurance, tours, accommodation and more
Meetrevenue and outbound call targets
Provide outstandingcustomerservicethroughout the pre-departure process
Who We're Looking For:
Motivated byhitting targetsanddelivering results
Confident, engaging communicator who enjoys building rapport
Proven sales experience(phone-based sales strongly preferred)
Comfortablehandlingobjectionsand closing sales
Detail-oriented withstrongorganisationalskills
Positive, proactive, and agenuine passion for travel
