The Role
We're looking for aSenior Project Engineerwho:
Hasdelivered at least two project start-to-finish as a PE,or
Is anexperienced SPE ready for a new challenge
Work onhigh-profile internal mixed-use developmentsin the CBD and city fringe.
Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and make a tangible impact.
What You'll Do
Lead planning, coordination, and execution of projects withquality, compliance, and timely delivery
Manage bids, subcontractors, and supplier negotiations
Overseedocumentation, budgets, and progress claims
Collaborate with Project Managers, Directors, clients, and subcontractors
Mentor junior engineers and fosterteam growth
What We're Looking For




Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer withdelivered projects
Experience across all disciplines:structures, façade, fit-out, and services
Exposure tolarge mixed-use developmentshighly desirable
Exceptionalorganisation, leadership, and communication skills
Proactive, solution-oriented, and ready totake ownership of complex projects
