Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedSAP Project Managerto lead end-to-end SAP implementation, transformation, upgrade, and integration projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Leadend-to-end SAP projectsfrom initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams across modules and integration streams.
Manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
Drive project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
ManageSAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and transformationinitiatives.
Coordinate with third-party vendors, system integrators, and internal technology teams.
Ensure effectivetesting, data migration, cutover, deployment,



and hypercareactivities.
Track project financials, resource utilization, deliverables, and overall project performance.
Identify and resolve delivery blockers and elevate critical risks/issues appropriately.
Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and SAP delivery methodologies.
Lead project teams usingAgile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologiesas appropriate.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of IT/project management experience, with significant experience managing SAP projects.
Proven experience deliveringend-to-end SAP implementation or transformation projects.
Solid understanding of SAP project lifecycle, implementation methodology, testing, migration, cutover, and go-live.
Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams and multiple stakeholders.
Strong knowledge ofproject planning, governance, RAID management, budgeting, and resource management.
Experience working withSAP S/4HANAenvironments is highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in large-scaleenterprise or global SAP programs.
