Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Management:Manage the flow of products through the polishing section and prevent delays.
Quality Assurance:Ensure a high quality finish is achieved on all polishing work.
Health & Safety:Maintain and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working setting for all employees.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:Previous experience as a metal polisher is essential.




Skills:A strong attention to detail, a passion for hands‐on work, and the ability to work autonomously, maintaining our values ofhonesty, integrity and reliability.
