This is a phone-first role where you'll be one of the primary voices of HellomelloTM. You'll manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, supporting patients at every stage of their journey while ensuring they feel heard, supported, and cared for.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing a high volume of
inbound and outbound calls
with patients each day
Acting as the
first point of contact
, confidently answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding patients through their care journey
Making
outbound follow-up calls
to check in on patients, assist with next steps, and ensure continuity of care
Booking appointments, handling enquiries, and managing sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Supporting patients from
sign-up through to prescription
, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience
Responding to emails quickly, with the same warmth and clarity as on the phone
Assisting nurses and doctors by gathering patient information and actioning requests across systems
Working in collaboration with our partner pharmacies to ensure fast support for all prescription enquiries
Collaborating closely with the Patient Care team to deliver a seamless experience
You are:
A confident and capable communicator who
enjoys being on the phone all day
Experienced in a
high-volume call environment
(or highly motivated to learn quickly)
Friendly, positive, and naturally empathetic - you make people feel at ease within seconds
Resilient and adaptable, able to handle a range of conversations from routine to complex
Highly organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
Comfortable using multiple systems while speaking on the phone
A natural problem-solver who anticipates patient needs
Interested in healthcare (experience is a bonus, not a must)
A seriously supportive, good-humoured team who've got your back.
