Probe CX is building a centralized Learning & Development and Quality Centre of Excellence in Melbourne.
We seek our first on-the-ground Learning Solutions Training Manager to bridge daily training delivery with strategic organisational development.
You'll lead L&D; for shared services and accounts, owning the rollout of flagship CX Leadership and Onboarding programmes across AU/NZ.
The role is permanent, full time, with hybrid work from Melbourne, and reports to regional L&D;
