An exciting opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join our expanding Insurance Team, working predominantly on Workers' Compensation and Compulsory Third Party insurance claims.
The team is overseen by Laura Angel , a leading lawyer in the insurance sector in Western Australia.
The role would suit someone with solid experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury or insurance litigation, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Working hours can be within school hours, 4-5 days per week.
Key Tasks
You will be working to principally to support the lawyers in the Insurance Team.
Your tasks will include:
Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients, witnesses, counsel & other service providers
Doing dictation transcription and word processing
Electronic filing of court documents
Conducting legal researchManaging or supporting the preparation of bills




Arranging internal & external meetings and conferences for lawyers
Managing task lists
