Responsibilities
High degree of autonomy, reporting to the C-Suite
Review and adaptation of processes to align with requirements for each native plant
Design and implementation of procedures related to priming, treating and QC seeds
Monthly project updates
Requirements
Proven project and team management skills and experience
Evidence of exceptional, relevant documentation and communication skills
Understanding of the scientific method and ability to read scientific literature
Willingness to relocate to Cairns, Queensland
Preferred Experience
Native Australian botany experience highly regarded
Knowledge of seed and seed treatment technologies
Startup experience
Make a significant impact on the future of agriculture and synthetic biology
Work with truly novel emerging science
Work within a culture of early adopters to explore the latest of emerging technologies
