Run onboarding sessions and refresher training for customers
Host engaging webinars covering product functionality
Deliver internal training, including onboarding and security awareness
Write and update training materials, user guides, and process documents
Create online learning modules for customers and employees
Keep the Zendesk knowledge base current and helpful
Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Support on product and process changes
Occasionally support sales demos when product expertise is needed
Help customers and colleagues get the most out of Eftsure's platform
Requirements
1–2 years' experience in a customer-facing role
Robust communication skills, including speaking in front of people and clear writing
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems
Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Naturally curious and interested in improving processes
Confident, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-changing environment
