We are seeking an experienced OIP Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation program in Singapore on a 3-year contract.
The role will focus on engaging business stakeholders, gathering and translating requirements, and supporting the delivery of operational technology and data integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
Partner with stakeholders to assess needs and define solutions.




Manage requirements traceability, validation, and testing activities.
Support workshops, fit-gap analysis, risk assessments, and UAT activities.
Contribute to data governance, integration design discussions, and project deliverables.
Work closely with business and technology teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.
Experience working within regulated environments.
Knowledge of integration platforms such as HighByte, HiveMQ, Cognite, AVEVA PI, and InfluxDB3.
Experience working with third-party vendors and technology teams.
Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies is advantageous.
