The role includes telephone/video assessments, SPoA referrals, and visits within the out-of-hours and Urgent Community Response services, with potential work in Treatment Centres.
Part-time (minimum 23 hours/week) based at St Leonards HUB, with 12-hour shifts and 24/7 coverage.
