Transport Administrator
to join our team at our Townsville Depot.
The successful applicant will have experience or be willing to learn in a high-volume transport environment, exceptional attention to detail, robust communication skills, and the ability to manage high workloads in a fast‐paced environment.
Position Requirements
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail.
Highly motivated professional with a positive, proactive "can do" attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong written correspondence abilities.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Process driver paperwork, timesheets, logbooks, and PODs accurately and on time.
Enter and manage freight jobs, manifests, and customer information.
Scan, file, and distribute documentation to support daily operations.
Greet drivers, answer phone calls, and provide customer service support.
Complete daily freight and pricing checks to ensure accuracy and timely invoicing.
Provide general administrative support to the Depot Manager and team.
