About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Physiotherapist to join a growing multidisciplinary team servicing clients across Joondalup and Ellenbrook.
This position offers a combination of clinic-based and community-based work, supporting paediatric and adult clients with a broad range of disabilities and developmental needs.
Working closely with other Allied Health professionals, you will provide high-quality assessments, interventions, and ongoing support tailored to each client's individual goals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments
Develop, implement, and review individualised treatment plans
Monitor client progress and modify intervention strategies as required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary meetings
Contribute to assessment, treatment, and discharge planning
Liaise effectively with clients, families, carers, support coordinators, and other stakeholders
Deliver services in an ethical, qualified, and accountable manner
About You
A Degree in Physiotherapy
Current AHPRA registration
Previous experience working in a similar role
Experience working with paediatric clients and/or individuals living with disabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Current National Police Clearance
Current Working with Children Check
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
