The Organisation
Our client is a well known and recognised business based in the heart of Melbourne's south east.
As the business continues it's exciting growth, they are seeking a like minded & skilled individual to join their finance team.
They will be open to candidates either on a full-time or part-time basis.
The Responsibilities
The duties of the role will consist of the following; however will not be limited to:
Daily banking and bank reconciliations
Billings
Generating and issuing of invoices for clients
Collection calls and emails
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Assisting in the setting up of payment plans
Customer service
Any other ad hoc accounts duties




The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will posses the following attributes; however will not be exclusive to:
Will have prior experience in the accounts receivable space
Strong ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work within a team environment
High attention to detail
