This is a parental leave contract until 30June**** based in StLeonards, offering flexibility to work either 3 or 4 days per week with hybrid working options.

What you'll be doing
Building strong partnerships with leaders to navigate a wide spectrum of people matters—from workforce planning and organisational change to culture, performance, and wellbeing
Supporting teams through sector‐wide reform and regulatory updates,
helping leaders translate requirements into practical people outcomes
Coaching leaders to build capability, resilience, and confidence in managing people
Streamlining people processes and identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience
Contributing to strategic people initiatives that uplift culture, engagement, and retention
What you'll bring
At least 5 years' demonstrated experience in HR, ideally in a complex, highly regulated or service‐based environment (aged care or health experience is a bonus but not essential)
A curious mindset—someone who asks questions, sees patterns, and anticipates what's coming next
Confidence in navigating challenging conversations with empathy and clarity
A collaborative, solutions‐focused approach
A genuine passion for supporting a workforce that truly makes a difference
