About the role
As part of the team in Pooraka, you'll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
Your day-to-day
A typical day will involve:
Assemble components according to the specified standard and being responsible for the quality of all components produced
Identify potential areas for efficiency and quality improvement
Operate CNC table router presses & punches, saws and hand tools, stock control and admin tasks
Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
We'd love to hear from you if you're someone who:
Has previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or even retail sales, and working in a fast-paced environment (training will be provided).
Might not have experience in this space but is willing to learn and has a positive attitude.
Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office.
