Ausdrill is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer based in our Kewdale office to manage end-to-end payroll for about 900 employees, including monthly salaried and fortnightly pay runs.
You will interpret Enterprise Agreements and contemporary awards across three states, ensure compliance with Fair Work, payroll tax, superannuation and workers' compensation, and work closely with HR on lifecycle events.
The role includes payroll reconciliations, reporting, and providing expert payroll advice;
