Salary: $81,986 - $87,637 per annum
Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)

Join our Community Safety team as a Patrol Officer and play a key role in supporting a protected and welcoming community.
In this role, you will represent the City through professional and positive interactions with community members while helping to maintain compliance with parking legislation and local laws.
You will deliver a high standard of customer service, engaging with and educating the community to encourage voluntary compliance.
Using a balanced approach of communication, education and enforcement, you will contribute to the delivery of quality community services and help create a positive experience for residents, visitors and businesses.
This position is subject to a roster that operates between 7.00am and 8:30pm, seven days per week.
Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:
Demonstrated responsive customer service skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to turn difficult situations into opportunities to positively promote compliance.
Knowledge of Council procedures, acts, and legislation relevant to parking patrol operations.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Applicants are also required to hold the following:
Current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
Current Regulatory Officer Compliance Skills (ROCS 1 and 2).
Current National Police Certificate.
