Our client is a leading financial services business seeking a Senior Campaign Analyst to manage customer targeting, campaign fulfilment and campaign analytics across its marketing activity.
This is a hands‐on campaign analytics role ideal for someone who enjoys working with customer data, SQL, segmentation and campaign execution.
You'll translate marketing requirements into customer audiences, build targeting and fulfilment logic, ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, and analyse performance to improve future campaign activity.
This is a 12‐month fixed‐term contract role based in Melbourne with hybrid flexibility.
The Chance
Translating marketing requirements into SQL‐based customer audiences and targeting rules
Building and managing customer segments across large and complex datasets
Applying eligibility criteria, exclusions and business rules to ensure the right customers receive the right campaign
Managing campaign fulfilment and ensuring audiences are accurately passed through to campaign execution
Maintaining strong data quality, governance and operational controls across campaign activity
Analysing campaign performance to identify opportunities to improve targeting, engagement and customer outcomes
Developing and maintaining campaign reporting and dashboards using PowerBI and Snowflake
Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline campaign targeting and fulfilment processes
Working closely with marketing, analytics and internal business teams to translate requirements into executable campaign solutions
Communicating campaign logic, assumptions, risks and performance outcomes to both technical and non‐technical stakeholders
About You
We're looking for a campaign analyst,



marketing analyst or customer analytics professional with strong SQL skills and experience working with marketing campaigns and customer data.
You'll likely bring:
Strong SQL skills with experience building customer audiences and targeting logic
Experience in campaign analytics, campaign execution, CRM, marketing operations or marketing analytics
Experience working with large and complex customer datasets
Understanding of segmentation, targeting, campaign fulfilment and multi‐channel marketing
Experience with Snowflake, PowerBI or similar data and reporting platforms
Strong understanding of data quality, governance and operational controls
Excellent analytical, problem‐solving and attention‐to‐detail skills
Ability to translate marketing requirements into clear, executable data solutions
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
