What you will do?
Support the culinary operation for functions and events, ensuring consistency with high quality and presentation standards
Demonstrate a solid understanding HACCP and Food Safety standards
Collaborate with the Head Chef in establishing, executing, and evaluating food service standards
Address issues with managers, kitchen and wait staff

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-volume production environment
Proficient in Food Control Plans/HACCP principles and maintaining accurate food safety records
Effective communication skills to keep the team informed of production progress
Team player mindset with the ability to mentor culinary team members
Certificate III Commercial Cookery essential
This role requires flexibility to work when functions and events are scheduled, including evenings and weekends as needed
