Manage the daily workflow of the club's MSC team to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets
Achieve individual proportionate monthly and annual sales targets
Create structure so the MSC team achieves daily minimum performance criteria
Assist with delivering sales training for the MSC team
Achieve monthly member retention and growth budgets
Respond to enquiries by phone, email or in person within 24 hours
Support the Club and Regional Manager in developing membership-growth initiatives
Support the Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster
Own the full member journey from joiners to leavers
Maintain exceptional front desk operations and service standards
Coach and mentor the team to achieve goals and foster a member-focused culture
Requirements
Proven sales and customer service experience with a transparent ability to hit KPIs
Understanding of the cycle of selling and sales techniques including up-selling and cross-selling
Previous experience managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes
Understanding of customer retention strategies and metrics highly regarded
Previous experience managing and mentoring a team
Ability to set and motivate others toward a goal




Experience using business computer systems
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
