Review, compile, and analyse records using scheduling or database software.
Draft expert reports and claims responses/rebuttals with minimal supervision ensuring clarity, brevity, and impactful communication.
Act as an Assistant or Lead Assistant, overseeing technical reports, expert reports, and client strategy recommendations.
Work with colleagues and our Business Development Manager to help secure recent client appointments and strive to continuously identify and deliver business development initiatives for the business.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, law or a related field
Studying towards a professional accreditation with CIArb is preferred
Minimum of 7 years post graduate experience working for a construction or engineering contractor or specialist claims consultancy.
Project delivery experience is essential
Experience working on contentious disputes is highly regarded, especially arbitration and/or other formal dispute resolution experience
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft large sections of professional reports
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to a non-technical audience
Ability to process,



model and present large data sets
