GenAI/LLM build experience
(prompting, agents, RAG, fine-tuning) using frameworks such as
LlamaIndex, LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy.
Cloud platform expertise
and containerisation (
Docker, Kubernetes
)
Robust software engineering fundamentals —
Git, CI/CD, clean code.
Experience with
big data technologies
(Spark, Hadoop or similar), plus experimentation and A/B testing.
A problem-solving mindset, great people skills and a passion for building AI in general.
