The College is eagerly seeking a part‐time (FTE 0.6) People and Culture Assistant to work across both College campuses, with flexibility of days, hours and location depending on the candidate and their preferences.
Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to begin or grow your career in People and Culture or Administration within a supportive and values‐driven team.
We're looking for someone with exceptional administrative skills who enjoys working with people and is passionate about creating positive employee experiences.
The role encompasses HR administration, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and compliance checking.

Ideal Candidate
Have or are working towards a qualification in Human Resource Management, ideally at Bachelor level
Are highly motivated and team orientated
Have positive administrative and Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
