Support colleagues and clients with administration and technical support across the insurance life cycle
Produce policy and related documentation accurately, efficiently and on time
Drive standardization of operations processes and procedures
Provide legally compliant work to clients
Enter accurate information into Marsh IT applications to enable analytical statistics
Upskill non-client-facing operations colleagues with product and client knowledge
Ensure timely and accurate processing of complex documents and information, including report preparation
Maintain understanding of relevant insurance and related legislation
Adhere to company policies and performance standards
Contribute to Operations team SLAs, KPIs and business objectives
Requirements
High School Certificate or equivalent
Experience in a similar broking or operational role is preferred, ideally in an insurance-related field
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn recent systems quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines through effective time management
Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team




Appropriate approval to work in Australia
