Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Storeperson to join a busy warehouse operation in Cardiff.
This is a casual position offering full-time hours, with a genuine opportunity to transition into permanent employment for the right person.
The Role
This is a varied role combining forklift operation, warehouse administration, inventory management and customer service.
Strong computer skills are essential, as you will regularly use internal warehouse systems to process orders, complete transactions and maintain accurate stock records.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating a forklift to load, unload and move stock
Using internal computer and warehouse management systems throughout the day
Processing customer orders and warehouse transactions accurately
Maintaining stock records and updating inventory information
Coordinating stock replenishment, cycle counts and stocktakes
Receiving and dispatching inbound and outbound goods
Using RF scanners and other warehouse technology
Greeting customers and assisting with order collections
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Completing manual handling duties as required
Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:




A current LF Forklift Licence with demonstrated operating experience
Previous experience in a storeperson, warehouse or inventory-focused position
Solid computer literacy and confidence navigating different programs and systems
The ability to learn new warehouse management systems quickly
Experience with data entry, stock control, inventory management or order processing
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
A current HR Truck Licence would be highly regarded but is not essential.

$***** per hour, inclusive of casual loading
Consistent Monday-to-Friday hours
7:00am–3:06pm shifts
Full-time hours within a casual position
