The Opportunity
Mirvac has created some of Australia's most iconic places, from thriving residential communities, to landmark offices and mixed-use precincts.
At the heart of every project: a deep commitment to our customers, and an ambition to reimagine urban life.
At Mirvac, we know that it's our people, their passion and expertise and the exceptional experiences we create for our audience, that defines us.
As a
Solution Analyst – Digital Development & Construction
you will partner with the business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, govern backlog quality and execute enhancements and configurations across development & construction platforms.
This role is the bridge between business analysis and solution engineering, performing end - to- end solution analysis to translate business and operational needs into functional systems designs, configurations, and validated platform solutions to ensure stable operations, predictable releases and continuous platform uplift.
It is a hands‐on hybrid role for someone who can connect business process, platform behaviour, data, integrations, and delivery governance.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements and execution
Lead and develop requirements and user stories and directly execute configuration changes to deliver outcomes
Translate requirements, process and data needs into configured workflows/templates/forms/settings and operational guidance
Configure and validate low-to-medium complexity workflows, forms, templates, settings, and platform changes within agreed controls; coordinate higher‐complexity engineering and vendor work
Solution Analysis & Functional Design
Perform end - to- end solutions analysis across construction and development platforms, translating business processes and user needs into functional system designs and configuration requirements
Analyse system behaviour, data flows, integrations and platform constraints to ensure solutions align with business outcomes and enterprise architecture
Assess impacts of proposed changes on upstream and downstream systems, processes, and data
Platform Enablement & BAU support
Provide day - to- day platform enablement and BAU support, focusing on analysis, diagnosis, configuration,

and continuous system improvement rather than transactional support for selected systems
Own the end - to- end flow from intake to closure: including root - cause analysis and validation of system behaviour, triage, implement configuration, confirm resolution
Work closely with Solution Engineers, technical teams and vendor partners to ensure future state process and business requirements are met by the implemented solution — including hands - on validation and troubleshooting
Maintain platform training hubs, process documentation and artefacts; create/update how - to guides, runbooks, onboarding packs.
Backlog governance & prioritization readiness
Drive backlog uplift/cleanup: validate demand, de - duplicate, split, clarify, retire obsolete work; ensure items meet "ready" standard
Facilitate/enable prioritisation by ensuring stories have clear scope, acceptance criteria, dependencies, requirement documentation and test approach.
Integration & data
Support integration - related work by providing input on expected functional behaviour and downstream impacts
Support data preparation activities including identification, cleansing and migration efforts by analysing data quality issues, documenting mappings, and validating outcomes with data/integration teams
Support integration designs by providing input on functional behaviour expected by business, and help troubleshoot integration issues by collecting evidence, reproducing defects, and validating fixes.
Release readiness, UAT & testing execution
Build test packs, coordinate UAT schedules, validate fixes, support defect triage and confirm readiness gates.
Execute testing (UAT support, regression checks, evidence capture) and contribute to training/documentation as required.
About You
You are an experienced professional with at least 5 years' experience across complex change and process transformation in operational systems environments,

with hands‐on system administration/configuration and testing responsibilities.
You'll also have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Exposure to the Construction, Property Development, or Real Estate industries.
Experience working closely with business stakeholders on digital change initiatives, enhancement programs, or platform operations
Demonstrated experience in systems analysis involving functional design, requirements, configuration, integration impacts, and testing across enterprise platforms
Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and complex business scenarios, and still deliver structured, testable outputs
Demonstrated experience in systems analysis roles involving functional design, configuration, integration analysis, and testing across enterprise platforms (not pure business analysis or support roles)
Experience in defining and refining requirements and user stories, ensuring they are testable and aligned to business outcomes
Experience supporting testing/UAT and release readiness, including coordination, defect triage, and documentation
Working knowledge of backlog management through Jira and Confluence
Strong problem – solving; able to diagnose issues, reproduce defects, gather evidence and validate resolutions with vendors/engineers effectively through ambiguity and complex business scenarios
Strong documentation skills: requirements, user stories, process maps, runbooks, training materials, and operational handovers
Understanding of process/data/integration touchpoints and ability to support functional design thinking (without needing to be a developer)
The ability to learn unfamiliar platforms quickly and deliver structured outputs in an evolving workplace.
What's in it for You?
At Mirvac, you'll have the opportunity to work on meaningful technology initiatives that support one of Australia's leading property groups.
You'll join a collaborative team committed to innovation, continuous improvement and delivering exceptional outcomes.
If you're excited by integration engineering, cloud technologies and modernisation programs, we'd love to hear from you.
