We are looking for an experienced
IDAM Business Analyst
to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Identity and Access Management solutions across enterprise environments. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, security teams, and technical architects to gather requirements, define access control processes, and ensure secure and compliant identity governance practices.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technical teams
to gather, analyze, and document IDAM requireme
nts.
Translate business needs in
to functional and technical specificati
ons for IAM solutions.
Support the design and implementation
of Identity Governance and Administration (I
GA) processes.
Facilitate workshops to defi
ne user access, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlement mod
els.
Assist
in access certification, provisioning, and de-provisioning workfl
ows.
Docume
nt current-state and future-state proces
ses, including gap analysis.
Ensure compliance wi
th security policies, audit,



and regulatory requireme
nts.
Work closely with IAM architects and engineers duri
ng solution implementation and test
ing.
Suppo
rt UAT coordinat
ion, defect tracking, and resolution activities.
Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Engage with cross-functional teams to improve identity lifecycle management process
es.
