About Us:
We spend a third of our lives sleeping, so we thought we'd make it memorable.
Sheet Society was dreamed up by Hayley and Andy Worley in **** after they thought the industry had hit snooze.
Then once their kids arrived, they had a new understanding of what makes for a great night's sleep.
With big plans ahead for ****, we're thrilled to be opening our fifth Melbourne store at Chadstone.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for talented Retail Sales Assistants to join our Retail Team from mid-October.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new store launch and help build something from the ground up.
From creating an exceptional customer experience to shaping store culture and supporting a high-performing team, you'll play a key role in bringing the Sheet Society experience to life from day one.
We're currently accepting applications for:
A team of experienced ongoing Casuals - Varied hours, however availability for late night trade on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, weekends and public holidays is essential.
A team of experienced Seasonal Casuals from October to January - Varied hours, however availability for extended trading hours, weekends and public holidays is essential.

About the Role:
These aren't typical retail roles, but instead an opportunity to bring Sheet Society to life and help shape how we approach retail in the real world.
Our stores are purpose built to deliver both a functional shopping experience for our customers, and an immersive space that feels just like home.
We pride ourselves on 'delivering the dream' and making each moment memorable for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Selling Sheet Society through engagement and genuine connections with customers, always being a brand ambassador and providing a cohesive brand experience and level of service that is second to none.
Educating our customers about our brand, offering expert styling advice, and enlightening them about our features and benefits that set us apart from the rest.
Providing consistent, engaging service in-store, establishing customer needs and finding solutions across our brands and products.
Reviewing, driving and being accountable as a team to smash sales and KPI targets.
Working as part of a team to deliver extraordinary experiences and results; with measures of success such as AOV, Conversion and Productivity metrics.
Assisting in the rollout of Visual Merchandising store or bed changeovers.
Ensuring that all system procedures communicated are being followed to ensure 100% accuracy with inventory.
Ensure the store floor is refilled and visually representable each day while meeting VM standards.
Ensuring our brand standards for VM, beds, cleanliness, signage, displays etc are to always brand standards.
Skills & Attributes required for this role:
Previous retail, hospitality or related service industry experience (at least 1 year), with a strong background in smashing sales targets.
Genuine passion for top notch customer service, helping people end to end with a natural ability to develop long-lasting customer relationships.
Creatively minded,
with the ability to support people making the right product and styling decisions to ensure they have the sweetest nights sleep!
Demonstrated flexible and positive attitude, able to work independently.
Excellent verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
You are self-motivated and a team player, you love to see everyone succeed, and have fun in the process.
