Our client in Ringwood is seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to drive performance on a late shift (12:30pm - 10pm, Mon-Fri) with a salary of £32,500–£34,000 DOE.
You will lead a production team across multiple lines, ensure safe, high-quality output, and manage workflows within a food manufacturing setting.
Key responsibilities include coaching the team, maintaining traceability in ERP/QMS, upholding HACCP and BRC standards, and driving continuous improvements.
