Identify, cultivate, and secure current business opportunities for Data & AI consulting services
Deepen relationships with enterprise customers by understanding their evolving needs
Position the consultancy for future engagements and pursue commercially sound agreements
Maintain strategic oversight of delivery within accounts
Ensure projects remain on track, clients stay engaged, and consulting teams are empowered
Remove roadblocks, mitigate risks, and champion long-term customer and consultant success
Provide guidance and foster an environment where talent thrives
Identify, qualify, and pursue enterprise opportunities aligned with business outcomes
Lead proposals, presentations, and statements of work in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Build an environment that removes barriers to innovation and collaboration and promotes an inclusive culture
Requirements
Proven experience leading and generating $3M+ multi-workstream data transformation engagements within large enterprises
Consulting sales experience and strong executive relationships within Financial Services, Insurance, and/or Energy & Utilities
Strong industry pedigree within the aforementioned verticals
Solid understanding of Data & AI, cloud platforms, and application modernisation
Ability to align technology solutions with customers' business objectives and outcomes
Proven experience working with technology partners such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Databricks, Snowflake, and others
Expertise in leading delivery and change management,



including technology adoption, organisational transformation, and cultural change
Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation
Solid understanding of operational challenges and regulatory requirements
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with executives, technical teams, and delivery partners
Ability to lead compelling proposals, presentations, and statements of work in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ability to build an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives
